Elite Expression is specially designed to teach moves and combos at a faster pace. Unlike our basic style DVDs, Elite Expression will not break down the moves by showing you the techniques involved. Instead the teacher will first show you the move you will be learning and then break it down into three parts. Each of these parts is a different style. So you will learn not just the move itself but how to blend different styles together. Elite Expression is made for students that know the basic foundations of many styles and enjoys learning moves and combos at a fast pace. Each Elite will feature several combos and each combo is a blend of three styles. The teacher will show each combination about five times. First showing you the moves slowly and then speeding it up to a normal pace.
